Site Maintenance Operative - PM Shift

To support the effective operation and maintenance of company facilities by carrying out repairs, upkeep tasks, and general site support, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional working environment across all locations.

Main Duties
• Perform repairs across site as required to fixtures and fittings
• Painting and decorating
• Install appliances and equipment
• Assist in the upkeep of yards and landscaped areas
• Disposal of waste to designated areas
• Setting up of the meeting rooms and replenishing the refreshments
• Support with statutory inspections
• Help to promote a positive health and safety environment
• Provide support to other companies/sites within the group where necessary
• Assist in producing display material to keep all showrooms and trade stands up to date
• Driving of company vehicles
• Provide additional support within the department where required

Skills & Experience

Essential
- Driving Licence
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
- Decorating skills such as filling and painting
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
- Helpful and personable
- Maintain professional integrity whilst representing the company

Desirable
- Forklift licence
- MEWP licenses
- PAT testing qualification
- Scolmore Group product knowledge
